As much of our menu is put together from scratch inhouse, provenance of ingredients is so very important to us here at Mojo. We inspect our deliveries thoroughly and enjoy receiving some incredible fruit and veg direct from our suppliers. I especially love getting deliveries of our huge avocados and aubergines, colourful peppers, fresh mint, ginger and flavoursome coriander. This is just the beginning of where the magic starts!
Maggie's Cakes
Mojo’s own Barista and Team Leader, Maggie, is also an incredibly talented baker. She has been providing Mojo with a totally delicious assortment of bakes. Large traditional cakes and artisan traybakes. We are very lucky to have her creativity on the team!

Ana’s homemade creations are always a delight to receive. Just love testing out her cakes! The best part of our job 🙂
